• IDS Adds Customization Options to Board Level Cameras

New embedded vision systems designed for versatility, ease of configuration.
    July 18, 2024

IDS Imaging Development Systems has added customization options to its uEye ACP embedded vision system series.

Cameras in the uEye ACP series are modularly designed. Because components such as sensor boards, connectors, lens holders and other essential components for uEye ACP cameras have been developed and produced as standard modules, these components can be combined into a wide array of configurations. This can include USB3 and GigE Vision interfaces, connector boards with an array of connector options, flex cables, and image sensors from .5 to 20 MPixel resolution and frame rates up to 251 fps.

Every uEye ACP camera can be assembled quickly from standard components available in stock, which is meant to make custom configurations quicker and easier to accomplish. There is no added charge for customizing a uEye ACP camera.
