Vision Components Launches New Multiview Camera

Vision Components has launched a new multiview camera. The VC MIPI Multiview Cam, high speed, high definition camera array with nine image sensors, connects to common processor boards with a single MIPI CSI-2 interface. Equipped with OmniVision’s OV9281 high speed global shutter sensor, the VC MIPI Multiview Cam is designed to capture images from different angles as well as different light wavelength ranges. The VC MIPI Multiview Cam is especially designed for a wide variety of embedded vision applications such as inspections, including inspection of shiny or metallic objects, measurement, and robotic applications.
