New to the F 25 miniature sensor family is SensoPart’s FT 25-C RGB color sensor, which features a high switching frequency of 10kHz. The 34 x 20 x 12 mm sensor comes in a hermetically-sealed IP69K or IP67 housing and feature a robust M8 metal connector plug and metal-reinforced mounting holes. These sensors are able to identify any color in the visible spectrum including all the “non-colors”, (i.e. black, gray, white), and can detect even the smallest of color differences. FT 25-C sensors are suitable to use for the recognition of printed marks on packaging materials, the detection of labels or adhesive spots in packaging and labeling machines, and in lid detection in filling plants.
