Automation robot to ring NASDAQ closing bell

On Tuesday November 12, a U5 robot from Universal Robots extended its arm and rang the NASDAQ closing bell in order to celebrate a brand new robotics industry exchange-traded fund. The new fund (ticker: ROBO), is predicated on an index licensed from Robo-Stox LLC, and comprised of an algorithm and database. The index sets a benchmark on the value of robotics, automation, and related technologies, and will allow investors to potentially capitalize on the seemingly-ubiquitous expansion of the robotics industry.
