Vision system improves ice cream production

At Tip Top, New Zealand’s largest supplier of frozen confectionary products, numerous 20kg bags of different ingredients are used to make a single batch of a product. As a result, the exact number and types of ingredients must be checked, so Tip Top enlisted the services of ControlVision to install a machine vision system to verify whether the correct type and amount of ingredients were added to each hopper prior to the mixing process. >>>Read more.
