    At The Vision Show 2018, Xyntek will showcase its vial inspection system—a vision system complete with integrated material handling, reject mechanism, and 360° of machine vision cameras that provide a way to inspect objects such as vials, tubes, and bottles for various defects.

    The turnkey machine vision system includes a graphical user interface, vision controller, 5 MPixel monochrome GigE camera, 5 MPixel color GigE camera, three 2 MPixel GigE monochrome cameras to provide angles on the vials, RGB backlights, and software. The system is able to perform inspection functionalities that include particulate detection, scratch detection, pipette presence, pipette structure analysis, cap presence, cap structure analysis, and more.
