Industrial camera from illunis features 71 MPixel CMOS sensor

The illunis RMV-71 is a rolling shutter CMOS camera designed for such applications as security and surveillance, automated inspection, metrology, document imaging, scientific imaging, and medical imaging.  

The illunis RMV-71 is a rolling shutter CMOScamera designed for such applications as security and surveillance, automated inspection, metrology, document imaging, scientific imaging, and medical imaging. The camera features a 71 MPixel CHR70M CMOS image sensor from CMOSIS that has a 3.1 µm pixel size and a 35mm optical format. Featuring 8 analog outputs (8-tap) each running up to 42.5 MHz, the camera can a frame rate of 4.2 fps at full resolution. Higher frame rates can also be achieved in ROI-windowing mode. The camera—which is available in monochrome and RGB Bayer—also features a dynamic range of >64 dB, field-updated firmware and flat field correction, and USB3 or Camera Link outputs.
