photonicSENS released the apiCAM PRO, the third camera in the company’s apiCAM series with a single lens for depth and RGB, eliminating complex image/depth matching algorithms and multiple images at distinct positions. The camera provides image and depth perception for millimeter and submillimeter-scale metrology and inspection. With dimensions of 29 x 29 mm, the camera offers 1.4 MPixel resolution at 30 fps and a FoV from 35º to 90º. Other features: simultaneously matched image and depth map, RGBXYZ point cloud, 250mW power consumption, customizable resolution and frame rate, and Android operating system.
