Piezosystem Jena’s Scan XY40 actuating stage was designed mainly to fulfill requirements of 2D scanning applications. It offers a travel range of 40 microns per axis and a resonant frequency of more than 800 Hz per axis. Each axis on the Scan XY40 is positioned orthogonally to each other and can be controlled separately. Aside from 2D scanning, applications that the Scan XY40 is suitable for include mirror and lens positioning, beam alignment, semiconductors, and micro manipulation.
