MAY 8--LumaSense Technologies (Santa Clara, CA, USA; www.lumasensetech.com/), a provider of sensing solutions, has closed the acquisition of Mikron Infrared (Oakland, NJ, USA; www.mikroninfrared.com/), a manufacturer in the field of infrared noncontact temperature measurement and thermal imaging.
