MAY 23--ICOS Vision Systems Corporation N.V. (Heverlee, Belgium; www.ICOS.be) has received multiple system orders, totaling approximately $3.6 million, for its line of component inspector products from customers in Taiwan, Japan, and the USA. ICOS customers will use the machines in its semiconductor back-end operations. Delivery will take place in the next six months.
