(Littleton, MA;www.viisage.com), a provider of identity-verification platforms, has formed a business alliance with Firstec, a Korean provider of facial-recognition technology. For Viisage, the alliance extends its global presence and enables the company to penetrate the Korean and Asia-Pacific markets. Viisage's identify verification platforms have been installed at law-enforcement, government, and civil and commercial agencies worldwide.
