JANUARY 29, 2009--LMI Technologies (LMI; Delta. BC, Canada; www.lmitechnologies.com) has appointed Visionlink (www.visionlink.it) of Milan, Italy, as a new distributor for Italy. Visionlink specializes in vision component distribution and consultancy.
The LMI sales team has initiated a sales value channel in Italy for three of its new product lines--maestro, HexSight, and FireSync--to support its Italian customer base.
"Now we can complete our vision component offerings," says Elena Ghezzi, marketing communications manager for Visionlink, particularly referencing the new maestro line as one that it expects to be useful to customers in installing vision systems.
