Ruggedized lenses for machine vision released by Computar

Computar has announced the release of a line of ruggedized lenses, the MPW2-R series, which are designed specifically for harsh environments in machine vision applications.

Computarhas announced the release of a line of ruggedized lenses, the MPW2-R series, which are designed specifically for harsh environments in machine vision applications. The C-Mount lenses are 5 MPixel, 2/3” lenses that are developed to minimize image aberrations caused by vibration and shock. Featuring redundant focus locks, the lenses are adjustable with a double-nut mechanism and are available in 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 25mm, 35mm, and 50mm formats.
