Silicon Software releases new image processing solution for frame grabbers

The new microDisplay X configuration software released by Silicon Software for the company's frame grabbers allows users to test entire system structures, select and parameterize applets, and configure camera settings during hardware installation. A revised user interface is designed to make it easier to acquire the first image of a camera frame grabber system.

GenICam Explorer tools are integrated into microDisplay X, which allow direct access to camera registers and configuration for GenICam compatible cameras, without the need for an SDK.

Continuous image acquisition, image sequences, and single images are all supported by microDisplay X. The software is also designed to ease operation of line scan camera systems.
