TKH Group acquires SVS-Vistek

TKH Group now owns companies that cover a bevy of machine vision camera technologies.

Machine vision camera manufacturer SVS-Vistek GmbH, based in Seefeld, Germany, has been acquired by TKH Group NV. This deepens TKH’s portfolio of vision technology companies that also includes Allied Vision, Chromasens, LMI Technologies, Mikrotron, NET, and Tattile.

TKH Group’s previous acquisition of Lakesight Technologies in October, 2018 solidified TKH as a major player in the machine vision industry. With the acquisition of SVS-Vistek, TKH Group now owns companies that cover a bevy of vision technologies including line scan, area scan, high-speed, high-resolution, and infrared cameras, and provides products suitable for embedded vision, industrial production, medical and scientific imaging, and traffic monitoring applications.
