Pembroke Instruments' 3-D scanner solution captures 1.5 million data points per second
The SD series 3-D machine-vision system can acquire up to 1.5 million 3-D points per second. The 3-D scanner manages high-resolution quality control tasks in production environments that require high process tact rates. The 3-D vision system offers a GigE interface and is easily integrated into higher-level systems. Simultaneous 3-D digitization with multiple SD modules is possible. Data can be saved in industry standard point cloud formats and imported in Geomagic's software environment and the HALCON image-processing package from MVTec Software.
