The Ninox Ultra SWIR InGaAs camera, that can be vacuum cooled to -85° C, will be shown by Raptor Photonics at SPIE Photonics West 2019. The Ninox Ultra has a read noise of <30 e- in high gain, a dark current of <100e/p/s when cooled to -85° C, and offers high intrascene dynamic range of 70dB.

The camera offers a 15 µm square pixel, 640 x 512 resolution, and runs at 100 Hz in full resolution via CameraLink interface.

Raptor Photonics will be located in Booth 5554.
