Basler ace U cameras with IMX287 and IMX273 image sensors in production

Basler has moved into series production four new cameras in the ace U line that feature the IMX287 or IMX273 Sony Pregius image sensor. The new cameras have VGA resolution with 1.6 MPixels and run up to 525 fps. Both the IMX287 and IMX273 sensors can offer short exposure times up to 1 µs.

Basler has moved into series production four new cameras in the ace U line that feature the IMX287 or IMX273 Sony Pregius image sensor. The new cameras have VGA resolution with 1.6 MPixels and run up to 525 fps. Both the IMX287 and IMX273 sensors can offer short exposure times up to 1 µs.

The new cameras are each available in monochrome and color models. The IMX287 models have twice the pixel size of the IMX273 models and an edge length of 6.9 µm. All four cameras also utilize USB 3.0 interfaces and include Basler's proprietary PGI feature set.
