On top of that, food suppliers want to maintain brand integrity, and avoid releasing products with incorrect or skewed labels. In order to ensure that these things don’t happen, many companies have turned to machine vision as a substitution for human visual inspection, which in many cases has sped up the process while also improving reliability and accuracy.
