TheHyper-Cam, a hyperspectral imager employing Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) technology, introduces new features to facilitate operation and data processing, now enabling a GPS and a compass to be added to the system. With these geospatial capabilities, data cubes are now UTC time-stamped along with GPS coordinates and heading information. Data can be easily correlated with any other spatial and time-referenced information and are transferred via Camera Link interface.
