Specialised Imaging expands operations in Germany

Specialised Imaging has announced further expansion of its European sales and support operations with the opening of a new German subsidiary company.  

Specialised Imaging (SI; Tring, UK), a manufacturer of ultra high-speed imaging systems and components, has announced further expansion of its European sales and support operations with the opening of a new German subsidiary company in Munich.

The new company will employ key staff from its former representative, Bowas Consulting & Universal Trading, to spearhead an expansion of local support for the SI product line from a dedicated sales and service facility.

Commenting on this strategic move, Wai Chan, Managing Director of Specialised Imaging, said, "Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are important markets for both our scientific and defence related products and our German speaking customer base has been growing steadily over recent years. Beyond looking to better serve customers with direct local German speaking support the new office will be able to offer system integration and development for all our products including ultra high speed framing cameras, high speed video systems, x-ray imaging Systems, lighting systems, specialty optics, and triggering systems.
