The IR-2200 infrared microscope system, to be shown by Seiwa Optical America, Inc. at SPIE Photonics West 2019, combines an infrared tabletop microscope system and a 4.1 MPixel USB3 NIR camera. According to Seiwa Optical, the IR-2200 is appropriate for inspection of sub-surface images. IK1513 and IK1523 SWIR cameras are the two options for IR-2200 systems.
The IK1513 camera features a 3/4" InGaAs matrix progressive scan 9.6 mm x 7.68 mm sensor, 30 µm pixel size, 320 x 256 resolution, spectral range of 0.9 µm to 1.7 µm, and displays at 110 fps.
The IK1523 camera features a 1/3" InGaAs matrix progressive scan 16mm x 12.8 mm sensor, 25 µm pixel size, 640 x 512 resolution, spectral range of 0.9 µm to 1.7 µm, and displays at 30 fps.
Seiwa Optical will be located at Booth 4241.
